Yup, he and hulkling ( half kree-half skrull) are couple in comics. Actually if I remember correctly they are married now. 

 

So , it's a big deal. Also Billy is ig more powerful than Wanda. But I don't think they will go there. 

 

YA is grp of very diverse superheros and not like Avengers.

I think the Billy in Young Avengers is Wanda's brother, not son.

 

I don't think Wanda has any other brother than Pietro in MCU.

You missed my edit, but yeah I clearly didn’t read far enough into Young Avengers. Got clarification from a friend of mine that is way more into the comics though.
