Same applies to WW84, Same team different results. 
 I guess movies are like sports; a team can look like world champions one game, and then totally blow it in the next game.

And it’s 3rd weekend is Labor Day weekend so it actually has a good schedule, especially with no competition.

This my first DC film for this year. Hope it's worth it. Sure sounds like it. Hoping for a bigger turnout than expected on opening and then a leggy run. It's a cool character.

Went up to 82 with 75 reviews. Seems critics are a lot harsher on superhero films these days… seeing a lot complaining about the been there done that end battle… like duh it’s a superhero film 😂

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the best legs a live action CBM post-COVID is No Way Home with 3.1x. Can Blue Beetle beat that?

Cinema day will suck life out of the other two days, but will struggle to increase the gross much given capacity restrictions will affect everything on that day.

This is essentially without direct competition until at least The Creator, so it's possible if this opens to $25-$30M like current tracking is indicating that it legs it out to $100M even if WB might have to give it an extra push to get it there.

Well, even then they replaced the entire cast except Gadot and Pine. Shazams cast is basically the same except the villains and the transformed Mary Marvel just being the regular actress.
