I read the book by the two reporters that the movie is based on detailing the investigation and they're definitely saving the bigger revelations for the movie. Looks like they got the understated, Spotlight-esque tone of the book right. Mulligan and Kazan are perfectly cast as the reporters.

lol also he had some knowledge of Weinstein's crimes as well (against Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie) and still continued working with him. Angie even claims they argued about it 💀 At least he's not directing or writing it lmao. 

 

This looks a lot like Spotlight. I do love journalism movies though.
