France doesn’t report box office, it reports admissions. People have been using expected ER to translate that to box office but Disney reported a lower than expected number a few days ago (I believe about $5-6M lower than Charlie expected) so that’s the issue there.

then how do they calculate the actual gross in france in the end? do they use ATP?

I'd like to point out that the INT total number is all over the place.

BoxOfficeReport has it at $1.052B after a $26.4M WED, yet

 

BOM has an est. total of $1.025B as of TUE and The Numbers has a total of only $1.02B as of TUE, after previously reporting $1.024B for something like 3-4 hours.

 

The math doesn't add up in any scenario.

Concerning Spain, students will go back to school/college on Monday and tomorrow is national holiday. You can expect an extremely good hold this weekend here, probably an increase since last weekend was affected because of New Year.
