Maybe its France and others ATP magic. By THU they hadnt adjusted it down so with the adjusted ATP of the last few days they retroactively had THU gross at like $1.065B

Not all markets have just 3 day weekend. Many markets have 4 day weekend. Market like France reports 5 day weekend. Then we have Japan reporting 2 day weekend. So Disney's reporting is based on how individual markets report. There is a post from @RthMav on this where he breaks down on % basis on different weekend report (2/3/4/5 day weekends). Let me see if I can find it.

But ist probably cause in a bunch of countries THU gets counted with the weekend ?? So some of the THU gross is included both in the "by THU" estimates and the weekend gross estimates

That's because many overseas markets have 4-day weekends, and some even 5-day.

This is normal because some of that THU gross counts towards the weekend. In some countries the weekend goes from THU to SUN, so 4-day.
