Just to give an update on Aquaman up here in Canada.

 

Cineplex still doesn't have it up for pre-sales, despite it being available in other chains.

 

Given that we're almost at a week since it's been available (and not selling well from what I can see), my guess is still that it's going to bypass traditional pre-sales, and just be available with normal scheduling, but I'll update if that changes.

 

My guess is that Cineplex doesn't want to lock into Christmas schedules yet.

I'm not beginning to wonder if the reboot of DC did hurt its films cause expected at least a bit more from Aquaman. Maybe the 5-year gap hurt it also.  Doesn't seem possible to even hit 30m OW?
