I'm a big fan of Spy x Family (and probably also one of the first ones, I started reading it on its first day on MangaPlus), but there is something that doesn't totally convince me in the anime adaption

Maybe it's the pacing that isn't fast enough or Anya's iconic faces don't look as good as in the manga, but I don't know if anyone else has this feeling

How Do You Live?

Pretty great 1st hour of PS. Sales are even by which I mean I haven't seen PS inclining to a specific PLF. Dolby &IMAX equivalently strong. Since, I expect this film to be a extreme walk-up ones so not necessarily to see sold-out. &Given with this state of PS, must say that no marketing doesn't seem to make any difference!

Just to say I am here to follow the (extremely probably) last run of my favorite alive director.

I know that OW means nothing in Japan, but it is good to read that initial PS figures seem quite good. Anyway, and although I have never followed a Miyazaki's run so closely, I guess there will be quite hype in Japan, even more when we know nothing about the film.

This collaboration is said to be the most powerful collaboration since 2019 "Avengers: Endgame" X "Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire

SPY X Family is next gen Demon Slayer whose popularity ranked higher than Jujutsu Kaisen! It's upcoming film "SPY X FAMILY: CODE: WHITE" is expected to be the next $200M in Japan!

A movie chain in Chile published this collab on Instagram and the top comment was "Okay but bring the Spy X Family movie, nobody cares about Mission Impossible"

How Do You Live?

AEON - 207,034 / 621 shows (94 TC)

Cinema Sunshine - 31,629 / 106 shows (14 TC)

~ Seating Capacity

Allocation is great so I must say it's enough to see explosive SAT-SUN.

Is there any hope that Universal can push it to 100M during vacations? When are school holidays starting?

It's possible that toho-towa tries for it (it could even get there on its own if it holds really well vs HDYL tbh since summer vacation is coming up, but I'm thinking it misses), not getting the feeling they care that much though. They probably care more about whatever achievement they can use in yen in this case imo and 14b doesn't make much of a difference.

So let me get this clear:

For the Japanese box office we don't actually have any solid estimates or numbers until the official press release?

Because there used to be a site with real time data, like for the South Korea thread.

There's Mimorin, but it only accounts for 45% of the total number of theaters.
