Scream 4 was released 11 years after Scream 3. That didn’t stop it doing well.

Scream 3 = 2,7M admissions

Scream 4 = 1,1M admissions

Yes 1,1M is a good result but a there has been a huge drop between S3 and S4, so I expect a big drop again this time with S5, 500k would be a good result too.

If it follow's Endgame's weekly drop before the 10th week - it will go past Endgame itself.

Endgame's 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th Week drop are -53.85%, -15.41%, -39.59%, -62.3% and -43.5%.

 

Assuming, after this week NWH would be around 545k (even 540k would do the Job) as we already have 463k from this W-end.

Likely worse, TFA's run in France was so insane. With 10,5M admissions, it remains one of the most viewed film in France for 10 years ahead of TLK (10,027M admits)

I don't know what's the local competition will be but I can see it do better than TFA. TFA had to face competition in Feb, NWH has nothing and so far daily trending has been bit better than TFA. The film is currently 67% of TFA but last week will be 76%, so there's scope for improvement.

Nothing in January other than Scream but that won't do much, the biggest movies arrive for early February when the holidays begin.

Those two films had really insane numbers in Europe, in comparison Infinity War and No Way Home are little children and only Endgame is a decent comparison (but still loses)

No NWH is also a decent comparaison, it will finish its run in France with almost 7M admissions like EG (6,94M admits) far ahead IW (5,1M admits) but far behind TFA (10,5M admits)
