Since I was interested in how The Mechanic 2 and Blood Father are doing in France I looked at cine-directors.net and this are the estimates for the whole next week (which started yesterday/Wednesday). Normally this website is very accurate.

#1 The Mechanic: Resurrection: 200k admissions NEW – 212 cinema halls - 34k admissions yesterday
#2 Un petit boulon: 170k NEW – 287

#3 Lights Out: 160k – 45% - 190
#4 Blood Father: 155k NEW – 232 - 24k admissions yesterday
#5 Pets: 150k – 55% - 713
#6 Nerve: 140k -50% - 295
#7 Devines: 130k NEW – 193
#8 Central Intelligence -50% - 271
#9 Jason Bourne: 120k -50% - 647
#10 Le fils de Jean: 110k NEW – 197
#11 SS: 100k -55% - 581
#12 STB: 85k – 55% - 609

I saw school vacations are over so the (for France) big drops overall are pretty normal I guess (?).
But at least both The Mechanic 2 and Blood Father improved from the first estimates yesterday which were 160k and 140k.

Normally we would get first predictions tomorrow at 5pm ("Europeen Time" so around 8am - 11am "US Time") via cine-directors.net but they're on vacation. But that's also good news because than I realized that the autumn holiday start on Thursday in France ;). I guess we still get the Séance numbers from Tuesday/today tomorrow afternoon (again "Europeen Time") at jp-boxoffice.com e.g.
At least JR2 has pretty many copies - 480.

So far, JR2 has not the best reviews in France but as I said, French reviewers are often too strict IMO: 4 reviewers hated it and 4 liked it so far.
