On the whole, young teen franchises do not do well in HK. The biggest teen franchise, Twilight, only saw a 20% increase from the 1st film to the last. Beautiful Creatures flopped. And Potter is a huge aberration since his popularity is on par with Spider-Man. Also I'm answering a point made about HK being a haven for young teen franchises. It's not.
