CaptainJackSparrow
That date is gonna change.Agreed, no way will it open in the same month as both a Pixar film and Despicable Me 3.
Empire
June 9, 2017 http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=122543 Being between The Lego Movie 2 & a Pixar Movie will hurt it bad. I don't like that release date.

I don't like that release date.Oh dang, forgot about Lego 2...Looking at the schedule, Dreamworks may as well release this on the first weekend of August.

I doubt it's going to stay in that spot, Dreamworks isn't unwilling to mess around with release dates repeatedly. And I agree with Captain Jack and feel they should try an august release date.

Bulldawg626
It is so bad, it is like Dreamworks is trying to kill it. Dreamworks as a whole has seemingly lost it's mind since Rise of the Guardians flopped. This is just the latest in the long line of "DREAMWORKS WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" choices
CaptainJackSparrow
It is so bad, it is like Dreamworks is trying to kill it. I fully expect the budget for this to be lower than Dragon 2.
K1stpierre
They should just keep it at Dragon 2 and call it a day.

Ethan Hunt
I still need to see Dragons 2. I'm interested because of the way I've seen it describes. The first one is still just an average movie.
CaptainJackSparrow
Is it just me, or does it seem like the older users here like the Dragon films more than the younger users?
Ethan Hunt
Is it just me, or does it seem like the older users here like the Dragon films more than the younger users?Hmm... I haven't considered that. Pretty much everyone here likes them. I don't think I've heard your view Captain
Hilderic
Whatever Untitled Fox/DWA/Blue Sky on 16/6/17 was, I assume it's cancelled (if it ever existed).
CaptainJackSparrow
If Dreamworks is insane and actually goes for this date, my first prediction is 120 mil DOM.
