Everytime I see something from the First Class marketing campaign I'm reminded how badly Fox screwed that up. They were really lucky Fassbender and McAvoy were both really awesome and Vaughn put out a pretty serviceable movie. Else we would probably be looking at Avengers vs X-Men: Infinity Wars in 2017 or so.

Oh man, that First Class poster is exactly the kind of thing that Pan poster reminds me of (though I don't remember that poster specifically).

We have to find more Dutch angle character lineup posters, especially ones where someone is slow-walking at the viewer. This may be a more awful movie poster cliche than floating heads.

I still think there's a possibility that WB is trying hard to sell it as as much action-packed as possible, but because it's Joe Wright he managed to do something more interesting with it that they want to hide.

I can see this performing similar to Tomorrowland, and the film itself turns out sort of the same way. Not the action film that was advertised but rather it has a message that, while, it does have a point, it doesn't connect well with audiences.

From the studio that brought you Harry Potter...

Cause...nobody who made those movies actually had anything to do with this one.

I look forward to "from the movie industry that brought you Avatar"...why not?

Still...movie looks alright though the October move doesn't instill confidence.
