Big thing working against CF that THG did not deal with is the third weekend drop which if you look back is around 60% for big openers. 

We know. Thats what is going to hinder it from reaching 400m

Mockingjay Part 2 won't be in 3D. They've stated they wouldn't make any of them in 3D, as then they would just be glorifying the violence like the Capitol.

Yes, but after a 52 Saturday (122 2-day gross), it should be headed to 155-160.

Some facts can explain that increase. Late walk ups bigger than expected. Not only rabid fans are interested in THG (this is not Potter or Twilight). Also, quality improvement.
