Kalel009Shel
$52 million overseas on Friday, including a record $30 million in China, the biggest opening day of all time for a foreign film. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/box-office-transformers-4-scores-715565 The movie is doing even more impressive business overseas, where it has already earned $80 million. It opened to an estimated $30 million in China, which is the biggest opening day ever for a non-Chinese movie. It has also racked up huge two-day totals in Russia ($10.4 million), South Korea ($9.1 million) and Australia ($4.6 million). http://www.boxofficemojo.com/news/?id=3864&p=.htm OMG Transformers for 250+M in China Alone???

So I suppose countries where TF4 flops hard are intellectuals? Yeah nice logic.

I had to deal with some of my friends loving SM2 this year over so many hero films. Im like what !!? But Im not going to say my buds are stupido for loving it... Though we grumble. We should ask Halba if he thought 1 and 3 were awful too. As both had great HV BO sales a sure sign the film was loved by the masses ... Ijust want to see the Avatar improved 3D cams in action.. One hell of a ride with Optimus Prime and the dinobots and big ending and I will be satisfied. As long as its better than Spiderman 2 lol. Rsyu how you rated out of 10 guy?
Halba
transformers 1 wasnt bad. but rest were bad. 4 looks the worst now, followed by 2. fair enough summer entertainment, but you can have both a good movie and summer entertainment(see edge of tomorrow, captain america etc) to each their own. i guess Edited June 29, 2014 by Halba

Rsyu how you rated out of 10 guy?I rated it B so around 7.5/10. I liked it for it was, destruction porn yeah but I don't go to the theatre every time to gain some philosophical insight into the human soul. Sometimes mindless entertainment can be entertaining too.
