Cloverfield was just okay. Better than most found footage movies but nothing i'd watch again.

I thought Cloverfield was decent enough. The found footage/POV framing device works much better for monster movies than the traditional route.

Yeah, I just finished Cloverfield and it was way, way better than I remembered. It's absolutely fantastic. And scary. That scene with the bug things fucking creeped me out. Also one of the best movies of 2008.
