stuart360
I know that we here don't, or i'd be dumping my family to watch dragon tattoo.Yeah same here. Its a strange one really as i can imagine that cinemas here in the UK would be full if they opened Christmas Day, i know my friends and family would be going and probably catching a couple of films at least. SchumacherFTW
I doubt it, we seem strangely traditional at christmas, compared to the rest of the year.
Ball Lightning
We're open christmas (from 2pm), and it's usually pretty quite, then boxing day is our busiest day
Gopher
A comparison: MI3 made 1.1m in midnights from 2000 sites. SH1 didn't have many midnight shows because it opened Christmas Day.

baumer
I just don't feel it for SH2. I never have. I thought the first movie was just so pedestrian and this one seems like the kind of film that could just crash and burn. Teh trailer, to me, is just boring, plain, uninteresting. I wouldn't be surprised to see it open to under 50 mill.

redfirebird2008
Teh trailer, to me, is just boring, plain, uninteresting. Sounds exactly like the first movie. RDJ mumbled his way through it, which undermined a lot of the humor IMHO.

Ezen Baklattan
IMAX definitely inflates midnights, but damn, that's really food for MI4. Coming withing 150k with a fraction of the theaters, damn.
John Marston
To be fair, Batman fans probably inflated the midnight gross
