La Binoche
I think Deliver Us From Evil could break out in a major way, especially with black and Latino audiences who are underrepresented in tracking and who love supernatural/possession horror movies.

baumer
At the end of the day, what does it get Paramount, if they over estimate? Headlines. Big fucking deal. I hate, hate, hate to keep harping on this but as explained to me by Mario FREAKIN Kassar, this happens all the time. Why studios have chosen this weekend to lose their minds is laughable. As the saying goes, those who live in glass houses....

kitik
why do I get the feeling it was actually 10.475M? Nope. You're doing it backwards. It was actually 10.9
Accursed Arachnid!™
The $400k fudge. LMAO 400k today, 500k tomorrow, and they'll be balanced by the end of the weekend. The part that surprises me is the 10.9 number being the "actual" and they fudged from there. I expected 11.5ish, when compared to past TF films. I think due to the Friday opening, it's burning off demand at a faster rate...so far.
