So the actual Wednesday numbers (not including Tuesday previews) were

Tammy - 4.9

DUFE - 2.8

ETE - 2.6

I wonder if there's any chance ETE will have better holds and pass Tammy at some point over the next week.

Either way, awful numbers for all 3 openers.

I suppose that took alot of time to make. Could be spot on, but if it stabilizes next week it still has a shot at 250m I think.

Well, after a 2nd viewing I can say that HTTYD1 is better than I first gave it credit for but I still dont have a boner for it like lots of people.

Into The Storm did everything to mimic Twister except one thing....it forgot to give us a cast we recognize. Big fucking mistake. They spend all this money on terrific effects and they cant pony up for a 2014 version of Bill Paxton Helen Hunt and Cary Elwes. Shame.Trailer looks awesome but no cast makes it less appealing.

So I guess it's safe to say now that TF4 will make more in China than in NA, which is insane, but not that surprising IMO.

Not really Transformers could make 270-300+M.. .So its going to be close, but some are saying chinas BO wil pass 300M US.. So you never know

Might appeal to a nice audience support because its a better twister destruction movie.. I cant wait to see that trailer. Is that with Transformers or the McArthy pic?

I actually didn't like Into The Storm's trailer. It looks so bland and generic.

I think based on TF4's domestic drop and Apes coming next week I don't see it finishing above $270m domestically. I do see it coming close to 300m in China.

China numbers are currently doubling US numbers. It seems pretty obvious that it will finish higher in China than the US.

I just saw the latest Nielsen tracking. Lucy is tracking well. Better than Hercules in Unaided Awareness and First Choice.

Seeing how badly Hercules is going to do I wouldn't say that is very hopeful news at all.

While I appreciate your work, I have serious doubts the weekend numbers will be that high. That 40+ number is nearly what ROTF did and the drops are not steep enough coming off of a compacted 3 day weekend, while the other TF films had mid week openings. But, with the severe lack of competition, I guess we'll just have to wait and see... ;)
