Goffe
So what's happening to Blomkamp's Alien 5? hopefully in development hell.
cookie
So why is it titled Alien: Paradise Lost? “Well, because we’re heading back to why and how and when the beast was invented,” Didn't they already do that in Prometheus?
Elessar
Didn't they already do that in Prometheus? Did they? It has been a while but i don't seem to remember knowing the answers, at least not all. Edited September 25, 2015 by Elessar
cookie
Did they? It has been a while but i don't seem to remember knowing the answers, at least not all. The very last scene had the birth of the xenomorph. Edited September 25, 2015 by C00k13
Elessar
That's still not an answer to those questions, is it.
CaptainJackSparrow
I'm much more excited for this than Alien 5.
cookie
That's still not an answer to those questions, is it. The whole subplot about the black goo and the alien fetus led up to that point so I assumed it did. dashrendar44
More like Con-metheus 2 because that's really and only what it was.
The Stingray
Am I the only one worried that Sir Ridley seems determined to unshroud every little mystery regarding the Alien and its origin? Kinda makes me wish I had that standard issue neuralyzer from Men in Black to wipe my mind of this and only keep this

Harpospoke
No, you're not the only one. It seems everything nowadays requires backstory and further explanation to ruin it even further... Sort of like how the SW Prequels just happened to have everyone casually related to one another or knew one another in a Universe the size that it is... Well, I can't blame people for wanting to hear stories. Sure we could all sit around and just make up stories in our heads, but we like hearing other people tell stories too. I never complain when an author finishes a book instead of stopping at chapter 1 and letting me finish it on my own. I welcome any new Alien stuff. I'll either like it or I won't. I happen to be one who liked Prometheus very much so I'm liking it so far.
MovieMan89
Just saw the Alien: Paradise Lost thing on IMDB when browsing Noomi Rapace's page. What the hell? Ironically enough, Prometheus: Paradise Lost both looks and sounds way better as a title. Edited September 29, 2015 by MovieMan89
