Saw this a few months ago (can't remember if I posted it or not) but want to pour a little cold water on this when it comes to the general public.  I think the Edgar Wright fan boys and friendly bloggers will go crazy over this, but there are some tone and other problems with the last act.  Was about 15 minutes too long as well.
