The scene was shot in New Orleans somewhere, not on the Golden Gate Bridge.

 

So, yes, they did the big stunt with the bus for real, but the final shot is FULL of CGI, compositing, CGI cars, CGI golden gate bridge etc so some shots have a CGI feel to them.
