This movie still looks like trash but damn if I didn't laugh near the end when he gets electrocuted. Also I liked how they styled the logo.

 

I still don't get why Domhall is considered the bad guy here, like that's his property, if he doesn't want random coat wearing animals on it, that's his right.

You know you could make a good Peter Rabbit movie....be faithful to the Beatrix Potter original,and base the look of the film on the original illustrations.

But NOOOOOOOOOOOOO (a la Belushi) you have to "Modernize it" make Peter into a punk,and use Humor that looks like bits that were rejected for a Home Alone movie and totally lose the charm of the original.. Nice going, guys.

Saw this trailer in theater for Jumanji...I think the only thing related to the Peter Rabbit story is the name of the rabbit.  It reminded me of a cross between Hop and Alvin and the Chipmunks...which will probably work better than a classic retelling, but I'm not sure it will still work at all yet...

There sure are a lot of British family movies going to be released in January/February. Paddington 2, This, Early Man...

 

My money is on Peter Rabbit being the most successful. Maybe over $100m dom.
