I'd guess probably not, because Friday and Sunday were both heavily inflated.

 

A 35% week to week drop on Saturday would give it ~27.5 If Friday fell the same percentage, sans previews, that's ~19.5. So we'd be at 47m for FS. That would require Sunday to be at 26m in order to hit the 45% drop mark. Which is probably not happening.

 

More likely it comes in around the 50% drop mark

Anything under 60% is a win, IMO. It's extremely rare for a superhero blockbuster to drop less than 55% even when they don't have an incredibly inflated Sunday. If the drop is under 55%, we can start to seriously discuss Deadpool becoming the biggest domestic R-rated film.
