That is pretty much the range literally everyone predicted even yesterday. Rth texted Baumer the numbers.

It's 90% the soundtracks. They're SO DATED. The first two movies themselves are good otherwise though.

The second Shrek had too many pop culture references but the first one holds up 100%. The second one had a great soundtrack tho, the fairy godmother's remix was epic.

I don't wanna deal with big crowds today so gonna aim for matinee tomorrow.

I love my movies. . Ties SWTFA for viewings on OW.  And  you kind of convinced me a few weeks ago anyway.  I just have to change tickets because my Sister in law hates 3D.  So treating her for this and dinner along with my parents (who are not going to watch CW)  for mothers days.

 

Besides some here may be "disappointed" with the numbers but doesn't take anything away from the movie.  It's so good.

IM3 had a 53M "actual" Friday and increased 19%, a similar increase would give this 59.5M today.
