Seriously people encouraging users to use their cellphone during screenings is not ok. Just as distracting and annoying as people who talk during movies. Why even go to the movies in the first place if you're only going to half watch it?

If there is any sort of disappointment with these lower-than-expected-because-of-runaway-expectations numbers, it's that this is a very well-reviewed film with excellent marketing and a press tour that actually wasn't disastrous.  With those in consideration, one can be forgiven for believing that it had the ingredients to overperform and do crazy business (e.g. those 200M+ predicts).  It just seemed to have everything going for it, things that AOU lacked.

 

But it's really a matter of novelty and catching lightning in a bottle, which CW kinda doesn't have, as good as it is a film (IMO).  Like with JW (first film in an old franchise that started a dinosaur craze in the 90s in the last 20 years) and TFA (it's Star Wars, the film that started the blockbuster and a pop culture touchstone, mixing the old cast and new).

It was a joke, obviously. Because that specific user said that someone behind them kept talking. Hence why I said its just like talking but without using your voice.

I mean, I don't use it during the trailers, but he was acting like people were going to "half watch" the entire movie.  It doesn't exactly make sense when it was only the trailers
