Great number for Beauty. $9.5 million would be about a 35% increase from Monday.

Logan headed for $220M+ and Kong at $160M+. Life seems like this year's Chappie in terms of box office. Both are from Sony...

Don't underestimate Boss Baby. Yes, reviews are awful (which could have an impact on legs) but it's outselling Trolls at this same point ($47m ow) and has had a pretty solid marketing campaign. Parents will hate it, but kids will eat it up. That's how Smurfs did so well back in 2011 ($143m).

It'll pass Deathly Hallows Part 2 to be Emma Watson's biggest grosser by Sunday, if not Saturday. What are Harry Potter fans thoughts on that?

I think every Potter fan is pleased with the success Emma has seen post Potter. However this isn't really her biggest film....as far as tickets sold are concerned BATB and Sorcerer's Stone will likely be tied domestically. And WW almost half of the Potter films will sell more tickets than BATB. But yes, going by monetary value this will be her biggest hit...and I think that's something every Potter fan would be happy about....she's more relevant than ever before!

USA was never one of HP's best markets.

WW is the deal and Beaty will not be nearly as big as some of the most successful Harry Potter movies.

It wasn't? Could have fooled me.

And only 1 of the Potter films, DH2, passed $1 Billion WW, so if BATB does that, which seems likely, its WW gross will exceed that of all but one Potter films.
