Faaaaaaaaaaar ahead of Black Panther in terms of seats sold.  Behind all Star Wars films in terms of sellouts (I didn't track seat count for those movies).

 

The best comparison I can give is where Black Panther stood 18 days out

So 52 more showings scheduled and around 5000 more seats sold for IW vs BP.

 

BP would get up to 136 showings eventually and 11000+ seats assigned.  But IW will pass that screening count when all is said and done.

One has to expect it to hit 40m to be worried about it not being on their yet.

 

Rampage will probably repeat The Rock's Hercules and open around the 30m mark. Respectable but not earth shattering.

Competition is currently strong to be on the top 5 but isn,t a bit early to be talking about top 5 for a movie like rampage, fandango for example look like this (never made the top 15 I think yet):

It is not a franchise movie you need to reserve seat or any possible spoiler (you know the movie pretty much already) that you need to see it first  weekend, who would buy a ticket days in advance and why ?
