WB literally announced none of those movies. They are developing a number of them internally, most of which will never be made but they want to see if there is potential. The only movie WB itself announced is Blackhawk by Steven Spielberg, everything else is leaks by agents to the trades. Most of those are basically "X took a meeting to see if they want to develop movie about Y". Conflating that and actual announcements is the mistake.

I'm hoping the present portion of Greg Rucka's Rebirth run (especially Veronica Cale recruiting all the Wonder Villainesses to form the Godwatch team) is adapted for a two-parter Wonder Woman 3 and Wonder Woman 4.

There's a cool sequence in Wonder Woman: Year One where Diana stops a terrorist attack in a mall and in another comic a great fight Wonder Woman vs Genocide based in a mall...

brings to mind something that would have been done for a dreaded mid 00's Catwoman sequel. Glad Jenkins is still at the helm or I'd be worried. Will be interesting how they pull this off though.

Wiig is similar to the Barbara Minerva from WW rebirth comics, probably they will follow this story arc

The new design for Cheetah is a lot more badass 

 

And as Wonder89 said, Wiig's personality is similar to the character who transforms into Cheetah. The actual Cheetah persona will probably be mocap anyway.
