Finished Annihilation the book a couple hours ago. Truly unsettling, almost more horror than sci-fi which I didn't expect. Let's see what the movie did with it.

Just gone away for a few days with my mum. Got a pat down at the airport by a nice little blonde, and I only realised afterwards that there was some stuff in my pocket that fortunately she missed... I think that makes me an international drug smuggler? Which is pretty cool I guess
