I think we're related:)...I could have written this post (and yes, there's no probably about baseball and hockey being better in person)!  Every last line, including the tennis and e-sports stuff...although I have grown to appreciate "it matters" soccer games like the World Cup (and can I say, soccer and tennis are the 2 sports where women are just way more enjoyable to watch than men - little fake diving/injuries in women's soccer and more rallies in women's tennis:)...

This is true. It's because of strictly regulated sugar and cocoa content. Cadbury chocolates anywhere else in the world taste way better than in the US.

Brazil, except for the Dunga years, pretty much exemplify the beautiful game. In the club level, there is Barcelona from the Cryuff days on and of course Arsenal are always trying to walk it in.
