I wasn't crazy about the last two seasons.  It's now in my I'll get to it eventually list, meaning probably never.

I'm now four episodes in and while I still think it's fine overall, it's definitely starting to appear that the time to end of show is coming up.

 

Meanwhile, Sharp Objects is really absorbing stuff halfway through (and of course Amy is amazing, as always), although I imagine it'll play even better when all eight episodes are finally revealed to binged all at once (like the first season of Vallee's Big Little Lies did). Wish more people here were watching it.

I decided to wait on SO for that very reason.

Not yet but I've heard very good things from friends of mine who have.

Sharp Objects has been really good so far. I'm also working my way through the novel and I have to say that the decision to adapt it into a miniseries rather than a movie was a smart one. The book isn't bad by any means, but it's not as well-developed as Gone Girl (not too surprising considering that it's Flynn's debut novel); fleshing it out covers some of the shortcomings of the source material.
