Watching Gravity on the small screen made me appreciate it even more. Just an all around great film.

I think that's a film that aged reeeeally poorly, worse than Drive and Moonlight.

For some reason, a big portion of the internet really dislikes Gravity and I'm not quite sure why.  Phenomenal movie

Wolf of Wall Street fans? Sandra Bullock haters? People who think that screenplays are all about dialogue and won't forgive the occasional odd line?

 

I'll admit that it's a different experience at home than it was on a gigantic IMAX screen, but I still think it's a damn great movie and stand by it as my top pick for 2013; I'll admit that 12 Years a Slave and Wolf of Wall Street are closer to it now than they were then, but that's more because my admiration for each of those films has grown, not because my admiration of Gravity has diminished.
