According to BOM, the biggest movie not to cross 1 billion is harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1 at 977 million. But thing will start changing this Friday as number of new releases including a probable mega hit will come to china and that will basically ending JWD run in china. With 10.2m opening in Japan, this should at least contribute to $50-55m finish total with the help from Obon-holiday. $1bn is certainly still alive with weak competition ahead in domestic and overseas markets.
