Wait. based on data in previous page, Paris 2PM is below Dune 1. Of course that had more shows and probably higher ratio. Still I expected this movie to beat 1st movie comfortably in Europe.

Tue prev were much higher than Dune1 (90k vs 65k). Not sure what went on with Paris 2PM though.

just came back - what a movie, what a theatrical experience. After the first one was received favourably and became a mid-sized hit, I see this doing much better - at least doubling the first one's gross. This is epic filmmaking at its finest and really worth a ticket; there are very few home theater systems fit for Dune2
