The short looks terrible. The song sounds obnoxious like the one in Frozen Fever. The Lopez's are certainly no Alan Menken.

So Disney is doing what they normally do which is attach a short.   I think it'd be dope if they attached an older short to a new film.

That seems anecdotal. I don't think you can really say that at all.

There was a lot made about Moana's marketing leading up to release. It didn't perform like Frozen or even Zootopia so it was considered underwhelming

 

In Coco's case, though, I think being the one hope Disney has for animated glory this year will give them more motivation to promote it. They have started its campaign much earlier than The Good Dinosaur's for what it's worth.

The trailer Alberta approved had a longer runtime. Guess they might be doing the same online/theatrical double release they did with the teasers?

Ugh, sitting through a 20 minute long Frozen short sounds insufferable. Even if this is great (which I'm expecting it to me), that's gonna be a major turn-off to me if I want to go rewatch it
