TLK
Wow. Depending on the accuracy of estimates, Pirates has a chance to beat T5YE.
Jay Beezy
I didn't expect 5YE to be that severe, but at the same time it's not surprising since marketing seemed 11th hour to me.
Fanboy
I was expecting 5YE to open to Bridesmaids levels, but oh well. Avengers will kill everything next week anyway. That's eh for Pirates. I wasn't expecting it to do very well in the US. Good holds for THG and CITW!

Fanboy
It looks so much better and less formulaic than TLO, and yet, if these estimates are correct, it is beating it in even in its second weekend.

fishstick
It looks so much better and less formulaic than TLO, and yet, if these estimates are correct, it is beating it in even in its second weekend. TLO is based on a popular book and has Efron for girls. Who`s the star in 5YE?

Jay Beezy
Walk Hard, Funny People, Get Him to Greek..Well Get Him to the Greek did about as much as Forgetting Sarah Marshall. There's also Drillbit Taylor, Year One, and Wanderlust, which he all produced. fishstick
Jason Segel, Paul Rudd, etc are not stars. The sooner Hollywood understands that, the better. They work in an ensamble but they are not leads. Nothing wrong with that. It`s funny how many suppoerting actors waste their careers trying and failing to lead.
