what is the overall capacity relative to the 4 chains. does 200K in 4 chains translate to 500K admissions nationwide. I guess not having Aeon's admission numbers makes it tough.

the four chains are about 35%. It fluctuates 1-2%. Multiply x 2.85. Tix are $11 today. $11.50 ave w 3d.I forgot midday numbers are at 1430. Getting old, starting to forget shit.that 94.5k probably is the midpoint at 1347pm

Wow, if Frozen tops 8.6m that would be it's 2nd best weekend in Japan, only trailing the 11.1m during Golden Week. This coming in weekend number 12.

 

What's really amazing is that Frozen only has the 2nd best opening weekend of 2014 in Japan but has the 8 highest weekends of 2014 (assuming this weekend is 7.9m or better).

 

Edit- I just looked and all of the 12 weeks Frozen has been out are in the top 13 highest weekends of 2014. Only Detective Conan's opening weekend of 7.8m keeps Frozen from holding all 12 of the highest weekend spots.

Today should be a 32/33× multipiler for 4-cinemas combined admissions. Usually in weekend multiplier is about 38x, in weekdays over 40x.
