Yandereprime101189
The CGI really bounces back and forth between quality in that trailer. Really reminds me of Jupiter Ascending
shayhiri
Come o-on. Jupiter was ages ahead of this - or ANYthing. Definitely ahead of its time. The best this can ever be is Clash of the Titans. Which would still make it amazing, of course. Edited November 18, 2015 by shayhiri

Kalderic
The CGI looks super shitty, and the movie will probably be trash, but its going to be super cheesy hammy trash... and I love cheesy, hammy trash!
MovieMan89
The sad thing is, visually there's some interesting ideas going on that could've been pretty cool. If only all the VFX didn't look so unequivocally shitty. And was everyone intentionally told to act as badly as possible?
Yandereprime101189
I still don't know what Jupiter Ascending is about. What I got from it was Channing Tatum is some wolf-man, Sean Bean is some kind of bee-man and there's flying dinosaur men. A Transformers movie had more plot and character than that movie. I agree with many saying that they shouldn't have cast white actors as goddamn Egyptian Gods, but that honestly looks like the least of this thing's problems. DAJK
Thing is, I think Proyas is a fun director. So at the very least, I still hope this is fun.

kowhite
Looks bad...in a totally good way. I'm in, Proyas has always entertained me at least, and B movie Egyptian monster movie mash is right up my alley.

Gods of India will never be made because the gods are still worshipped by one-sixth of the world's population. It is easy to make movies about Egyptian, Greek and Roman gods which are basically adventure movies since those religions are long since dead and depicting the gods like warriors and so on will not anger anyone. If an Indian filmmaker makes it as a Bollywood movie, then it is a different thing altogether.

Indian movie fans were saddened when he passed away. Weirdly enough, despite playing a villain in a major Hollywood franchise, this role probably doesn't even appear in the top 5 or even top 10 of the roles people in India remember him for, he played so many iconic villains in Indian movies that whenever he showed up on screen you were sure he was a villain until he transitioned into father roles later in his career.
