You can't really fudge the actuals as there are different financiers and producers for each project. If you take money from one movie and give to another, there will be lawsuits. He has a correspondence he made with a studio rep who basically admitted that this was a common practice in the industry although it is frowned upon.Edit: maybe I shouldn't say "common" but rather a "known" practice.
