The Warner Bros. Thread | Will NOT merge with Paramount...capitalism is still terrible

Recommended Posts

It's been 20 years since his death. And yet I'll always remember my knee-jerk first reaction to the news: "Superman can't die."

As the title of this documentary states, Christopher Reeve was both Superman and, even more so, a super man.

Heard nothing but absolute raves and I will be seeing this theatrically the moment tickets are available. As I suspect, many others will too.

WTF is with this choice of Josh Brolin as Hal. How many different SH characters is he going to play. DCU is going to look like another MCU project with all the same actors. It appears only the ones who already play these characters or some young unknowns take these characters. Especially on DCU side which is high risk side.

Josh Borlin doesn't give a shit how many CBMs he is in. He just wants a paycheck. I respect that.

As a kid of the 90s, Christopher Reeve was always "That actor who played Superman and then got paralyzed by a horse". It wasn't till much later when I looked into his career and realised that his paralysis was literally just 8 years of his 50+ year life. It's good that his life's story and legacy is kind of being reclaimed from just being about his paralysis.

Sgt Rock, apparently. Guess that could be set during WWII and use Frank Grillo's character.

I would love a Sgt  Rock of Easy Company..(Where nothing is Easy) movie, I will believe it when I see it announced.

I would love to see both DC and Marvel explore some of their non superhero product. Interstngly enough, Fiege has mentioned he would like to do something with the Marvel Western charecters  'Rawhide Kid:" "Kid Colt, Outlaw" etc.

And it would be nice if DC would give Jonah Hex a second shot. just see it does suck balls like the first one did....
