My guess for now is a 60-65 mill OD with a expected decent rating and WOM

Up to 70-75 mill if WOM starts out great and 50-55 mill if its PRU horrible

PRU China and Dom combined will be around $160 ($65 Dom + $95 China) if not less. So needs around $140 OS-China to get to 300 ww. May not get there though still think it will edge past that milestone.
