thanks. its showing only 1.1m now. So is the site reporting only part of the numbers. Since AOU is at 176m, can actuals be way higher?

Yeah, maybe 1.5m-2m for FF7, I mistook another movie for FF7.

http://m.cbooo.cn/ , this site is more reliable than maoyan, still can be off a lot.

Credible estimates in 4 hours.

OD with midnights should be in 210-220M yuan range.

If it hits the high end 220m could set biggest opening day on a Tuesday besting the Amazing Spider Man 35m domestic

It was a kneejerk from not just T4 (mainly but not just) but most of 2014 blockbusters.  Both X-Men:DOFP and Cap 2 benefitted from Friday bows and had holidays they straddled past (Ching Ming for Cap, Dragonboat for X), the Bureau removed these holiday bows to protect the local films that flocked to them this year...after these two AND Jurassic World, I don't think they'll love the shortfall they suddenly find domestic films are under, I think there might be 2 months of blackout during Summer AND head to head duel's like before with Bat vs Spidey in the cards...

BvS and Civil War are going to open on the same day, I can feel it
