People who bonded tend to act as a group spontaniously and that can take discussion away from the topic if new topic is of particular interest to the team. So it isn`t all bad news. It may look disrruptive but it also shows that people bonded and care for each other and like to be together. This aspect hasn`t been mentioned yet but I think it`s important. BOF isn`t a failure jbecause a derailment happened. Quite the contrary, it shows that there`s strong team spirit.
