I really hope Fantastic Beasts marks a rebound for him, at least IMO. He was excellent in The Theory of Everything but Jupiter Ascending and The Danish Girl (one of the worst acting noms of the last 20 years or so) + his overbearing presence in awards season leading up to his win have kind of soured me on him a bit.

A relatively undemanding VO performance is probably just what he needs
