Besuchern in nur drei Wochen in Deutschland Today, TFA becomes only the sixth movie to clear 7mio admisions after 3 weeks. 2nd biggest movie of the decade is locked, maybe it can dethrone The Intouchables with great holds, but I wouldn't bet on it.

    Yeah, SW dropped but with Thursday - Christmas Eve and Friday + Saturday - Christmas Holiday it is still a record, no other movie had over 1mio admissions with this holiday constellation. I expect huge weekdays and an awesome 3rd weekend.

    The amount of ca$h omg!!! So is $200m possible after this start? I knew SW is a beloved franchise in the UK, but this is insane.

    I don't know about Uk and AUS, but definiteley not Germany. I'm not disappointed, but I expected a bit more after the presales numbers. It's still the 6th best opening ever in admissions and the biggest ever in Dollars, by far.

    Why the huge fall from predictions? Let's hope for a 2nd weekend over 1,5m admissions, 8m total.

    The movie was even better the second time around. Rey's seductive look when she manipulates the stormtrooper >>>>>>> the acting >>>> Poe's flying skills >>>> the scene with Luke, so powerful and athmospheric 9,5/10 for me. JJ really did it, surprisingly.

    I just looked it up, the Harry Potter film series didn't get a single Oscar, like wtf. The third, fourth and last one really deserved some awards.

    I thought this huge K-Pop band promoted TFA in South Korea/Asia :/ it seems like Asia isn't so hyped for a Star Wars movie. At least this gives SW8 a lot of room to grow.
