rainbowtrout
Maybe if Jaden would actually have an expression other than his patented "tough guy" surly scowl on his face in every single picture taken, people wouldn't be so turned off.
grey ghost
So did RottenTomatoes make an impact? Are movie goers that movie savvy or did they just smell a turd a mile away?

Sam
Lies! Way too early. Shawn quit spouting that propaganda, lol. Normally, after an update like this, there are posts that say: "too early to tell, it will go up" But in this case, look like no one want it to do so
grey ghost
So I guess star power is officially an obsolete concept. I think audiences are more loyal to directors these days than they are to actors.

grey ghost
The death of movie star power only increases Hollywood's dependence on superheroes and fantasy so I'm fine with it.
Jake Gittes
I read somewhere today (upd.: it's in an MTV interview) that Shyamalan has already decided on his next project and it's going to be a "micro-budget" family drama. I'm not exactly holding my breath for it to be any good (yet), but hey, if the guy has any talent left at all, going small scale again could be the best way to show for it. Big-budget studio blockbusters like TLA and AE are the absolute last thing he's suited for.
John Marston
so really, will Now You See Me make more this weekend than AE?
Ozymandias
So did RottenTomatoes make an impact? Are movie goers that movie savvy or did they just smell a turd a mile away? The odor of this turd was very potent. RT scores don't kill opening weekends.
CJohn
Just saying.. its still making a big buck OS. Shyamalan isn't going anywhere Is it? I can see it doing no more than 150M OS. It would barely go over 200M WW.
grey ghost
So AE not hitting 20 OW.. So tell me again how Will Smith alone brings a movie to 100M. He won't even bring it to 50 m, lol.
