Jack Nevada
I wouldn't call it a theatrical release. 1 theater and its probably gone by thursday. It'll make some money on dvd, as horror movies tend to do.

Jack Nevada
Exhibitor Relations @ERCboxoffice3m INSTRUCTIONS NOT INCLUDED was up +17% in its 4th weekend--$5.7M, $34M total. Some crazy good holds this weekend especially INI. I'm not going to be shocked if it hits 100M. I dont think thats very likely.
Impact
I Spit 2 was always going to straight to DVD. I've been reading about it on Fangoria for quite a while. ERC even said this morning that it wasn't even on their release docket until earlier in the week. It makes no sense why they put it into theaters. Exactly-I found it's gross really funny when I saw that. You know some movies have been on video before they were at the theaters. (Left Behind was on VHS for EIGHT months before it was at the theaters)
baumer
The millers will end at what, 160-165 ? Who knows at this point. I don't think it will go that high. Eventually it has to drop theaters. It can't stay in 3000 forever.
Leyla
I don't know, it's not the movie to open limited, as it has much more mass appeal, than you typical arthouse movie. I think it'll do some nice business when it opens wide. hopefully Yeah probs has to do with the subject matter but the movie has some awards hype so I goped ppl would rush to see it hmm so whats exactly the SC for Prisoners keeps getting reported A- and B+ not that it means smth Good avg for 'Enough said' hopefully it will be released here asap
Impact
I dont think thats very likely. They are likely overestimating it-the reason why it jumped last Sunday was due to the Mexican Independence day was the day after that.
Jack Nevada
Enough Said has got great reviews. Glad James Gandolfini's last movie is a good one.

John Marston
Planes and Percy Jackson had extremely good holds. Elysium has been holding well recently as well

Impact
Expect bigger drops next weekend for most films. While even though I don't expect anything big from the openers not named Cloudy, I still can see all of them being in the top 5 due to how low all of the films are. Jack Nevada
Don Jon will start slow but make 50M in the end. Cabbage Claim is a black movie so it'll open up big (15M) and then drop into oblivion.
Gopher
I think 21.43m is damn good for a 153-minute R-rated suspense thriller that isn't exactly friendly towards mass audiences. Rush, Gravity and Captain Philips will all be going after the same adult audience but I think word of mouth should be pretty solid.
baumer
Butler has to drop soon, doesn't it? Prisoners went after the same age group and it had its best drop outside of Labour Day. Ridiculous.
Impact
Okay-I said this earlier, but amazing how since ID Theft's 3rd weekend, only 3 times have we had a number one film under 20 million! (Granted 3 weeks in a row, but still amazing)

iceroll
WB is on fire with their adult fare this year, Prisoners, We're The Millers, The Great Gatsby and 42 all overperformed.
druv10
I dont think thats very likely. No doubt, it's a stretch but WOM is through the roof. All it really needs is an expansion of up to 2000 theaters and than I can see 100M. Edited September 22, 2013 by druv10
