Weekend numbers (9/20-9/22/13)

Recommended Posts

According to early estimates, the R-rated “Prisoners” is lining up $8 million in ticket sales Friday and approximately $21 million through Sunday — not bad for a movie that cost only $30 million.

Very good OD and with solid WOM, it should make 75M+.

BTW-have you realized-that only THREE weekends this year since ID Theft's 3rd weekend have been under 20 million?

Which of course all 3 weekends were in a row-but still amazing how that is.
