DAMN! Quaritch isn't dead after all?Why do they ALWAYS bring back villains they clearly killed off in the first movie for these franchise films? We are going to get another lame explanation like what happened with the "Matrix Reloaded" with Agent Smith aren't we? :P

Cloning is probably the answer. Certainly the obvious one.

Pandora is very powerful though, who knows what s possible over there ?

Jake becomes a Na'vi at the end.

Maybe a Na'vi faction, pro human, could use Pandora's inter spieces transfer abilities to create a Blue  Quaritch 2.0.

If cloning is possible in this universe, why would they have even needed Jake Sully in the first place.  Surely they would have the dna stored to clone his brother to step into the Navi suit for him. ;)  (It's been a while since I've seen Avatar, so if my logic is misplaced, I apologize)

He was a good villain though, so I'll keep an open mind.

You can't clone memories and experiences. A clone of Sully's brother would essentially have been an empty shell with the understanding/knowledge of an infant. Even more useless than a jarhead.

Everyone on this forum, every one of you, is fighting for survival, and that's a fact. There's a fanboy horde out there massing for an attack. These forum pageviews tell me that the hostile numbers have gone from a few hundred, to well over two thousand in one day. And more are pourin' in. In a week's time there could be 20,000 of 'em. At that point they will overrun our perimeter. That's not gonna happen. Our only security lies in preemptive attack. We will fight terror with terror. The hostiles believe that their franchises are protected by their... fanaticism. And when we destroy them, we will blast a crater in their memory so deep, that they won't come within a billion dollars of AVATAR ever again. And that, too, is a fact.

Sorry, was channeling Kal there for a sec, but I'm better now.
