Well, the Silicon Valley documentary about the rise of Microsoft/Gates & Apple/Jobs suggested that Gates "stole" some Apple/Jobs/Wojniak concepts even if I know that they all ripped off each other and it s difficult to know who really came up with the easy user friendly interfaces we all still use 30 years + later : windows, the mouse etc etc

No no, it's very easy, actually. Xerox PARC developed the basics of a mouse-driven GUI.
